AGS Transact halts securities trading amid insolvency proceedings, per SEBI rules

AGS Transact Technologies Limited, currently under a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by a National Company Law Tribunal order dated August 25, 2025, will close its trading window for securities dealings from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
