Integrated Proteins Limited held its Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. Members approved the company’s financial statements and re-appointed Mr. Sandeep Mahadik as an Independent Director for a five-year term commencing July 9, 2026, and appointed Ms. Ankita Shah of Vast and Co., Company Secretaries LLP, as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027. The voting results will be communicated to the BSE Limited by October 2, 2026.
