HDFC Bank names Jigar Shah as General Counsel, succeeding Sudhir Kumar Jha

HDFC Bank Limited announced that Sudhir Kumar Jha, Group Head - Legal & Group General Counsel, has superannuated from the company’s services as of the close of business hours on September 30, 2026, and consequently ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel, while Jigar Shah will assume the position of General Counsel effective October 1, 2026.
