Prime Focus shareholders approved equity transfers totaling USD 111.09 million to Brahma AI Services India Limited

Prime Focus Limited disclosed that its shareholders approved a related party transaction involving the transfer of equity shares between DNEG S.a.r.l. and Brahma AI Holdings Limited for Brahma AI Services India Limited, formerly Prime Focus Technologies Limited, and between DNEG S.a.r.l. and Brahma AI Services India Limited. The transactions, valued at USD 90.09 million and USD 21 million respectively, were conducted at arm’s length. Additionally, the company’s board approved the appointment of Namit Malhotra as a Whole Time Director, and authorized a potential fundraising of up to INR 3,000 crore through various means, including equity shares and debt securities.
