South Indian Bank names Mahesh Muralidhar Pai as MD & CEO for three years

The South Indian Bank Ltd. announced that Mr. P R Seshadri (DIN: 07820690) demitted office as Managing Director & CEO on September 30, 2026, following the completion of his tenure, as approved by the Reserve Bank of India. Simultaneously, the bank stated that Mr. Mahesh Muralidhar Pai (DIN: 09164982) will assume the role of MD & CEO for a three-year period, effective October 1, 2026, also approved by the Reserve Bank of India and shareholders, and will also serve as Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel, Material Risk Taker, and Principal Officer of the bank.
