CHD Chemicals closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results release

CHD Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons, employees, directors, key managerial personnel, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the year ended September 30, 2026.
