SenCo Gold’s acquisition of Melorra, operating under August Jewellery, remains in progress until 2026

SenCo Gold Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the acquisition of equity shares in August Jewellery Private Limited, which operates under the Melorra brand, is still underway and documentation is expected to be completed by October 31, 2026, on the same terms and conditions as previously stated in an initial intimation dated January 21, 2026.
