Mercury Laboratories confirms Dilip Shah's retirement from board roles following AGM vote

Mercury Laboratories Limited informed the BSE that Dilip Ramanlal Shah has ceased to hold office as a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, effective September 28, 2026, following his retirement by rotation at the company’s 45th Annual General Meeting where his re-appointment was not approved by members.
