Fabtech Technologies Limited announced that it executed a Settlement Agreement with Thermax Limited on September 29, 2026, revising terms related to the consideration for the sale of 2,23,440 equity shares held in TSA Process Equipments Private Limited, following a Share Purchase Agreement from February 6, 2024. The revised consideration for the second and final tranche of the transaction is Rs 13,98,60,000, and the completion date is expected to be October 5, 2026, with Thermax Limited not being related to Fabtech Technologies Limited’s promoter group.
