PTC Industries closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

PTC Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for its shares will be closed for promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and auditors from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
