Prime Focus Limited to receive USD 111 million from related party equity share transfers

Prime Focus Limited disclosed that its shareholders approved a related party transaction involving the transfer of equity shares between DNEG S.a.r.l. and Brahma AI Holdings Limited for Brahma AI Services India Limited, formerly Prime Focus Technologies Limited, and a similar transaction involving DNEG S.a.r.l. and Brahma AI Services India Limited. The company will receive approximately USD 90.09 million and USD 21 million respectively on completion of the sales. Additionally, the company’s board approved the appointment of Namit Malhotra as a Whole Time Director for a term of three years, and authorized the company to raise up to INR 3,000 crore through various means, including equity shares and debt securities.
