Rishabh Shah and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 and ending in the financial year 2030-31, at its 12th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.
