Dinesh Khara to chair KFin Technologies' board, succeeding Vishwanathan Mavila Nair

KFin Technologies Limited announced that Vishwanathan Mavila Nair has ceased to hold office as a Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Board, effective September 30, 2026, following the completion of his tenure, and that Dinesh Khara will be appointed as Chairperson of the Board, effective October 1, 2026.
