CP Capital Limited, formerly known as Career Point Limited, announced the re-appointment of Mr. Pramod Kumar Maheshwari as a Whole Time Director designated as Chairman, Managing Director & CEO for a period of 5 years, effective July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2032, following approval at the company's Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, and subsequent scrutiny of voting results on September 30, 2026. Mr. Maheshwari is a founder director and relative of Mr. Om Prakash Maheshwari.
