Saregama India grants stock options to an employee, exercisable for equity shares

SAREGAMA India Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 10,50,000 stock options to an eligible employee under the Saregama Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013, which can be exercised for 10,50,000 fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1/- each. The exercise price is set at Rs 496.70 per share, based on the average closing market price of the company's stock in the seven days prior to the grant date of September 30, 2026.
