Capricorn Systems shareholders re-appointed directors and auditor for multi-year terms

Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Vuddaraju Triveni as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term effective September 3, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Kondaipally Vamshi Krishna and Mr. Nageswara Rao Parimi as Non-Executive Independent Directors, also for five-year terms starting September 2, 2026. Additionally, M/s. MVK & Associates was appointed as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for five financial years beginning fiscal year 2026-27, and Mr. Manmohan Rao Suddhala was re-appointed as Managing Director for a one-year period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
