Prestige Estates halts trading for insiders awaiting financial results declaration in late 2026

Prestige Estates Projects Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
