Tolins Tyres Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that it will close the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for designated persons and employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half ending September 30, 2026.
