Shardul Securities Limited will close its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations, and the window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
