Hardcastle & Waud shareholders approved financials and re-appointed Jatia at AGM

Hardcastle & Waud Manufacturing Company Limited held its 80th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, where Mr. Chandra Kant Khaitan chaired the meeting, and Mr. Banwari Lal Jatia and Mr. Manekchand Panda were unable to attend. Shareholders approved the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointed Mr. Banwari Lal Jatia, and approved material related-party transactions for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, with voting results to be posted on the company’s website www.hawcoindia.in and the website of NSDL www.evoting.nsdl.com.
