LGT Global Hospitality Limited, formerly known as LGT Business Connextions Limited, announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Tijo Mathew Kurisummoottil, Sivaji Gollapelli, and Ramesh Raja as Whole-Time Directors at its Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
