Velan Hotels shareholders approved resolutions including director re-appointments and related party transactions

Velan Hotels Limited held its 36th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via video conference, where shareholders approved nine resolutions including the adoption of the balance sheet as of March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of directors Mr. M.R.Gautham and Mrs. M.Sasikala, and related party transactions with Mr. E.V.Muthukumara Ramalingam, Mr. Muthukumararamalingam Gautham, and M/s. Shree Vallee Enterprises Pvt Ltd, as well as the re-appointment of Mr. E.V.Muthukumara Ramalingam as Managing Director; the company also approved a special resolution to sell assets to related parties and a special resolution to re-appoint Mr. Muthukumararamalingam Gautham as Executive Director.
