Sharpline Broadcast re-appoints Urmil Gupta as director and BAS & Co. LLP as auditors

Sharpline Broadcast Limited announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Urmil Gupta as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director and M/s. BAS & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors at its 36th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Mrs. Gupta, who was retiring by rotation, will serve for a term until the conclusion of the 41st Annual General Meeting, while BAS & Co. LLP will serve for five years with remuneration to be mutually agreed upon.
