Rajoo Engineers shareholders approve director appointments at the annual general meeting

Rajoo Engineers Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its members approved the appointment of Mr. Sunil Jain as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective July 1, 2026, and Mrs. Hetal Bhavesh Dobariya as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a period of 5 years, effective September 1, 2026, at the company's 39th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026.
