IRCTC shareholders approved Articles of Association amendments following Navratna status grant

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its shareholders approved amendments to Articles 59(vi) and 69(xxvi)(n) of the company’s Articles of Association at the 27th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, following the grant of Navratna status by the Government of India, and which are subject to approval by the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Delhi.
