Lakhotia Polyesters’ acquisition of New Nexus FZ LLC is delayed until December 2026

Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Limited informed the BSE that the completion of its proposed acquisition of 100% stake in Dubai-based New Nexus FZ LLC, previously expected by September 30, 2026, is now likely to be completed on or before December 31, 2026, due to a delay in receiving regulatory approvals.
