Rakesh Suri to step down as Emergent Industrial Solutions director in late 2026

Emergent Industrial Solutions Limited, formerly Emergent Global Edu and Services Limited, announced that Rakesh Suri will cease to be a Non-Executive and Independent Director effective close of business hours on September 30, 2026, following the completion of his second term.
