Valiant Organics Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Shri Nemin M. Savadia and Shri Santosh S. Vora at the company’s 21st Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, and the re-appointment of Shri Sathiababu K. Kallada as Managing Director for a term of 3 years, effective May 24, 2027.
