Hindustan Adhesives Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Ravi Kumar Aggarwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a further term of 5 years, commencing August 26, 2026, and ending August 25, 2031. Additionally, the company's members re-appointed Urmila Goenka as a Whole-time Director for a term of 3 years, starting September 30, 2026, and ending September 29, 2029, and appointed Anil Mathur as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, effective July 14, 2026, through July 13, 2031.
