Affle 3i Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s policy.
