HDFC Life Insurance to review financial results and potential debt issuance on October 15

HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited will hold a board meeting on October 15, 2026, to approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider raising funds through the issuance of Non- Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing. The company also announced a trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, to October 17, 2026, for promoters, designated persons, directors and their immediate relatives.
