Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including directors and promoters, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
