Union Quality Plastics Limited held its 42nd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via video conference, where Mr. Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh was re-elected as Chairperson and Mr. Sudhakar Reddy Pesaladinne and Mr. J K Karthik Singh were also present, alongside representatives from Sagar & Associates, Chartered Accountants LLP, and Atluri Ramesh & Associates, Secretarial Auditors. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and resolutions were passed to appoint Prathap Satla & Associates as Company Secretaries, appoint Mr. Karthik Singh Javvari K as a Director, re-appoint Mr. Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh as a Director, and appoint Mr. Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh as Managing Director.
