Sunita Tools Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Satish Kumar Pandey as Managing Director, effective September 30, 2026, following the expiry of his previous term, and approved the remuneration of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey and Ms. Ragini Pandey as Whole Time Directors, both subject to shareholder approval.
