PACT Industries Limited said shareholders appointed M/s Koul Vijh Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ludhiana (Firm Registration No. 008709N), as statutory auditors for a period of 5 years from September 30, 2026, to the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting, and ratified their appointment to fill a casual vacancy effective from September 8, 2026.
