Picturehouse Media appoints Badey as director and Bhavani as Managing Director through 2031

Picturehouse Media Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mr. Dileep Badey as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 30, 2026, until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2031, and the appointment of Ms. P. J. Bhavani as Managing Director, also effective September 30, 2026, until the Annual General Meeting in 2031.
