Triliance Polymers shareholders approved financials and re-appointed Mrs. Manisha Shah as director

Triliance Polymers Limited, formerly known as Leena Consultancy Limited, held its 43rd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Mumbai, where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mrs. Manisha Shah as a director. The company also regularized the appointments of Mr. Molin Parekh, Mr. Abhishek Shashikant Agrawal, and Mr. Ketan Vyas as directors, and will disseminate the combined results of e-voting and ballot voting on or before October 2, 2026.
