PTC India extends Rajiv Malhotra's Executive Director term for another year

PTC India Limited announced that its board of directors approved the extension of the term of Rajiv Malhotra as Executive Director for a period of one year, effective December 1, 2026, on the same terms and conditions as his existing employment.
