Balaji Telefilms restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Balaji Telefilms Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, are declared and submitted to the stock exchanges, with the date of the board meeting for approval to be announced later.
