National General Industries closes securities trading window per SEBI regulations

National General Industries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
