Jyoti CNC Automation restricts trading for insiders ahead of September results release

Jyoti CNC Automation Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, due to the finalization of financial results for the quarter and half ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the approval of the financial results by the company’s board of directors.
