Laffans Petrochemical closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results release

Laffans Petrochemical Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, directors, key managerial personnel, officers, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, are made public, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The date of the board meeting to declare the financial results will be announced later.
