Talbros Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited that its shareholders approved a final dividend of Rs 3.00, or 30%, per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, to be paid from October 6, 2026, with a record date of September 23, 2026.
