Niva Bupa Health Insurance closes trading window ahead of financial results release

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, become generally available.
