Austere Systems will halt securities trading until after its financial results are released

Austere Systems Limited, formerly Austere Systems Private Limited, will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
