Steel Strips shareholders reappointed Sanjay Garg as Managing Director for five years

Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd. announced that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Shri Sanjay Garg as Managing Director for five years, effective February 14, 2027, and the reappointment of Shri Humesh Kumar Singhal as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term commencing October 1, 2026, at the company’s 53rd Annual General Meeting held September 30, 2026.
