Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals increased share capital by allotting equity shares to eligible employees

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has allotted 1,01,825 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to eligible employees under the Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2022, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The allotment, which occurred on September 30, 2026, increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs. 13,19,14,840 to Rs. 13,21,18,490, comprising 6,60,59,245 equity shares.
