Aditya Infotech Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
