GMR Airports Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from the end of business hours on September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
