Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited will close its trading window for board members, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited limited review financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
